The Lord of the Rings Millenium Edition

I did some searching and found out that the version of the Lord of the Rings that I have been lusting over for many years is actually the hardbound copy of The Lord of the Rings Millenium Edition. If anyone can get this for me for Christmas I would be ecstatic!

I'm going to be posting the rest of my Christmas list here also. I think I did this last year. Whenever I did it, it worked wonders. All I have to do is rattle off the url when someone says "what do you want for Christmas?"

Of course, perhaps its getting to the point when I should be beyond Christmas lists... I mean, I'm pretty happy with what I have. I'm an "adult" now. I've always felt that Christmas is kind of a children's holiday. Not that I no longer view myself as a child (I'm definitely a forever-kid). I don't want to presume that people are going to get me stuff. I need to start making a reverse Christmas list... What do other people want? (This is rhetorical. You can comment with things you wish for if you like, but I will probably fail to buy Christmas gifts yet again this year... Don't be disappointed if you're all like "I want a pony!" and Christmas day comes and I didn't get you a pony. >_>)

P.S. I don't really think people read this blog, but I really couldn't care less. I'm doing it for my own damn benefit. Also note the lack of regular posting.

A Man Who Knows What He Wants

I am definitely not a man who knows what he wants. I can sincerely say that I don't have a single fucking clue what I want. However, I find it quite easy to determine what I don't want. The way I figure it, I can use the process of elimination to determine what I actually want.

Currently I know a few things that I don't want. I thought I would list those here. I will also list the things I have determined to be items I either probably want, or am not sure about yet.

I don't want:

• a rum and coke
• a gin and tonic
• a dirty martini
• a redbull
• to be in school
• to play Magic competitively
• to be around negativity
• a girlfriend for the sake of having a girlfriend
• to be regarded as a loser (been there. done that.)
  

I might want:

• to play SF competitively
• a girlfriend that I truly love
• to find a religion
  

Things I haven't tried yet:

• Go
• Unmentionables
• painting (artistic)
  

My Desk...

My desk is a mess!

This is it. It's not wired yet. First I'm doing a PS solderless hack. If that works out I'm gonna add a 360 pad hack!

So I just added this blog thingy to my Facespace profile... If its spamming people I'm really sorry! Seems like Facespace is just one giant spam engine though... Hopefully since I never write here there won't be a problem.

In other news I'm almost done with my NES/arcade controller hack! I'll post pictures later!
